Dr. Adrianne Camero, DVM

Dr. Camero was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Her family emigrated from San José de las Lajas, Cuba, and she is the first American-born member of her family. Growing up in a large, close-knit family instilled in her a strong sense of community, compassion, and values that continue to shape her approach to veterinary medicine today.

Her journey into the veterinary profession began through wildlife rehabilitation, where she developed a deep appreciation for Florida’s native species and the important role they play in local ecosystems. Dr. Camero earned her veterinary degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, where she expanded her interests in small animal, exotic, and wildlife medicine. Through her experiences working with companion animals, she discovered a passion for helping strengthen the bond between animals and the people who care for them. She is committed to providing individualized, compassionate care for every patient she sees and values client education as an essential part of veterinary medicine.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Camero enjoys spending time in nature through activities such as scuba diving, birdwatching, and exploring local parks and wildlife areas. She also enjoys creating digital art, playing video games, and spending quality time with her fiance, friends and family.
